Does my website need llms.txt?
llms.txt is an emerging standard that gives AI assistants a structured map of your most important pages. Adoption is growing rapidly. Anthropic, Cursor, and thousands of other sites already have one. It costs nothing to add and positions you ahead of the curve.
Can my robots.txt block me from appearing in AI search results?
Yes. There are two types of AI bots: training bots (GPTBot, ClaudeBot) that feed model training data, and retrieval bots (ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot) that serve live search answers.
